My all time favorite weapon for 135 PvP in the township. its an amazing backstab stick. big damage on backstab usually will 2 decision someone out of existence. the r1s are actually pretty damn good r1 -> kick is one of the best options, people will often try to toggle backstab your r1 and fail. and you can say **** it and throw out like 2. but its easily parried so using r1s as mixups the big
Falchion (can be farmed in cathacumbs). req: 9Str/13Dex. Curved sword - fast, good running and 2h movesets, decent 1h moveset. Broadsword (can be found very early in game). req: 10Str/10Dex. Straight sword - very versatile weapon, highest Attack Rating in most of the straightsword infusions. Longsword.
Infusions are also your friend, usually chaos is best for crits, but whatever gem is complimenting your build can do just fine, with some bundle resins if sharp/heavy/refined (bundles can be activated fast enough to apply after parry and before riposte + they do more dmg than normal resins)
