Second Son has in the display settings the option to turn HDR on or off as well as to increase the frame rate so other games will hopefully follow this eventually. Yep, that is how Uncharted and The Last of Us do it as well. HDR is not the same as 4K. 2160p is 4K. HDR is a brightness thing. For Dishonored 2 on the PlayStation 4, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Are technical problems unusual for this game on the PS4?".
